Yin Yoga is an extremely relaxing and calm form of yoga that consists of passive stretching postures. You work with tools such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, pillows, etc. to adjust or vary your posture. The postures, mostly sitting or lying, are held for 3-5 minutes. This allows you to reach the deep layers such as binding and fascia tissue as well as the ligaments. Joints are mobilized, the nervous system is stimulated and calmed down, which can reduce stress and regenerate. Fascia training is an ideal supplement to more dynamic and strengthening yoga styles. Yin Yoga is ideal for regeneration, for balancing active everyday life or sports and an excellent addition for competitive athletes of all sporting elements.
Breath work called Pranayama refers to the conscious regulation and deepening of breathing through mindfulness and constant practice. Continued concentration on the processes of breathing and conscious breathing techniques can influence the processes of consciousness. Meditation is a spiritual practice practiced in many religions and cultures. Through mindfulness or concentration exercises the mind should calm down and collect, expanding consciousness.

ChiYoga is a flowing Hatha-Yoga, a modernised version of traditional Indian Yoga that is aligned to the needs of modern life and western society. The targeted movement and stretching exercises activate the energy channels and harmonize the flow of energy. It is the alternation between power and relaxation, between dynamics and calm - always accompanied by conscious breathing - that leads to meditation in motion. The flows connect you with your inner strength, bringing you into flow and giving you new energy.
